Bedrooms

All Linen washed and ironed; beds made up; clean towels left on bed, one bath, one hand and pool towels; mirrors cleaned; furniture polished and cleaned, including inside drawers and cupboards; ceiling fans cleaned; floors and skirting boards vacuumed; floors mopped; windows cleaned inside and out; doors and frames cleaned down, internal and external; all lights and ceiling fans checked.

Lounge / Dining area

All furniture polished inside and out; sofa throws washed and ironed when required; floors and skirting boards vacuumed; floors mopped; ceiling fans cleaned; doors and windows including frames cleaned inside and out; furniture will be moved and cleaned behind; sofa and chair cushions removed and bases vacuumed; dining table and chairs cleaned.

Bathroom

All mirrors and shower screens cleaned and polished up; bath, sink, showers and wall tiles cleaned and all taps and shower heads polished up; toilet cleaned and one toilet roll left in each bathroom; bin cleaned and new bin liner inserted; one hand towel; one bath mat; one shower mat; liquid hand wash; windows cleaned; doors and frames polished; floor vacuumed and mopped.

Kitchen

All cupboards cleaned inside and out; all pots, pans, glassware and kitchen equipment will be inspected and washed if required; oven and hob cleaned and inspected; extractor fan cleaned and inspected; fridge/freezer cleaned inside and out; washing machine/dishwasher inspected and cleaned down; table and chairs cleaned; windows and doors cleaned inside and outside; wall tiles cleaned; sink cleaned and polished off; rubbish cleaned and new bin liner inserted; all excess food products and rubbish removed; floor vacuumed and mopped.

Outside Areas

The outside areas will be cleaned as near to the arrival day as possible. All garden furniture will be washed down, floors brushed and mopped.

Garden Maintenance

Plant care; watering; trimming plants when required; weeding.
