Owning a holiday let can be a stressful time, especially if you don’t live in Fuerteventura yourself, but it needn’t be!

Check in / Check out

Your guests are as important to us as they are to you. We want to ensure that they can relax and have a wonderful holiday. We will meet and greet them at your property, where we will hand over a set of keys and show them around the property, explaining where everything is and how to use things such as the cooker.

When it is time for them to leave, we will once again be at the property to receive the keys from them and check the property and inventory, ensuring that everything is in order.

Key holding and security checks

We take security of your property very seriously, and only Caleta Window Cleaning & Property Management Services has access to any keys held by us.

Cleaning, interior and exterior

Swimming pool & hot tub maintenance


Many people seem to forget about the garden, but there’s not a lot looks worse than an unkempt garden to make a property look unloved! We make sure that your plants are well loved, watering and pruning to keep them in shape. And of course we get rid of all those unwanted weeds!

24 hour call out

You never know when an emergency may arise, which is why we are available 24/7! We will contact you to discuss any incident that may arise, and, should it be necessary, contact an appropriate qualified local professional to solve the matter. The contractors we use are all registered and fully insured to carry out their work. Any costs incurred by the matter will be invoiced separately.

Property Maintenance

We’ll check your property regularly for any maintenance work that needs to be done. Should any major works be necessary, we will contact you to discuss what you wish doing. We have specific contractors we can recommend for building work, pluming and electrics, if necessary. All these contractors are fully registered and insured.
